1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Aurorify Assurance for ISO certification consulting or audit preparation, you're agreeing to these terms. It's that simple.
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Client") and Aurorify Assurance (the "Consultant"). If you don't agree with every clause mentioned here, we kindly ask that you don't use our services. We value clarity in our business services and want to ensure we're on the same page from day one.
2. Scope of Services
How do we help you? Aurorify Assurance provides expert consulting on Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically focusing on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Our role is one of advisory and audit preparation.
- Process optimisation strategies.
- Supply chain quality management audits.
- Mock audit preparation and gap analysis.
We'll use our 17 years of collective industry experience to guide your team toward compliance. However, final certification is always granted by an independent third-party registrar, not Aurorify Assurance.
3. Client Responsibilities
We can't do it alone. To ensure your continuous improvement strategies actually work, you'll need to provide us with full access to relevant data, staff, and facilities.
Critical Requirement:
The accuracy of our consultancy depends entirely on the honesty and completeness of the data you provide. We aren't responsible for certification failures resulting from omitted or falsified documentation.
4. Intellectual Property
All training materials, templates, and methodologies developed by Aurorify Assurance remain our property. You'll have a non-exclusive license to use these internally, but you won't sell or distribute them to third-door entities. This protects our process optimisation secrets.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Aurorify Assurance's total liability for any claim arising out of our engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. Why do we include this? Because consultancy is a collaborative risk. We don't guarantee that a successful audit will eliminate all business risks or prevent future regulatory actions.
